Fortunately I took a chance and had an introductory session with Hugo. He was extremely perceptive to where the areas were that required the most work and where the likely shortcomings had been in my previous workouts. He developed a fun, varied and structured workout plan for me which left me feeling more fulfilled at the end of a session than I ever had before.
