Brilliant!! I have never looked back after starting with Hugo! I was never confident in what I was doing in the gym and frequently used it as an excuse not to go. Hugo motivated me and pushed me to get the results I needed. I now know the correct exercises to target my problem areas and more importantly how to carry out the exercises correctly. He shows me new routines all of the time to stop it becoming boring and monotonous. He contentiously motivates me and keeps me going when I'm finding it tough! He also helps me with my diet advising what foods have what affect on your body.
